Tayside OWL Group

The Tayside cluster group was relaunched at the Dundee Flower Festival in September 2009. Since then we have held regular meetings and coordinated a number of succesful projects and events.

From November 2012 - Spring 2014 we delivered a range of FEI funded partnership projects, this included CPD programmes for teachers and educators, Geodesic Dome building workshops and running annual Open Day events for families, educators and the general public.

Throughout 2013 Storyteller Claire Hewitt produced Tree Stories, a fabulous series of tree themed tales inspired each month by a different species. An info-sheet full of facts and folklore accomanies each story. Visit the download section (left) for a PDF version of the book.

The cluster group comprises of a wide variety of folk with a diverse range of creative, educational and practical skills; an up to date list of our current membership database can be found in the downloads section (left)

We hold quarterly business meetings and even more regular skills share and training events. New members are always wecome, for more information on joining please read the membership form in the downloads section.
